Machine specifications K'MX 326 "C" CNC sliding headstock machine equipped with GEFanuc 18i control. The following items are standard equipement on this machine: numerical sub spindle with multipositioning indexing and locking power tools and polygon milling "C" axis on main spindle (0,001° programming increment) simplified programming with polar co-ordinates and cylindrical interpolation Numerical sub spindle Mounted on a cast iron slide, hanging on and guided by prelocated roller pads, the design of the subspindle allows optimal chip removal. This subspindle has the following capabilities. independent and simultaneous programming any O.D. and I.D. machining feeding on the fly of profiled material multipositioning indexing with blocking part ejection control with feeler detector long part ejection trough the spindle Axes configuration Main spindle : 1 longitudinal axis Sub spindle : 1 longitudinal axis Turrets : 2 transverse axes "C" axis on main spindle. The 4 axes can be programmed simultaneously. Options : Long part ejection The long part ejection takes place through the sub spindle with a guiding device which transfers the parts off the machine. Power tools / polygon turning All the stations on the right hand turret are driven. The numerical polygon turning system orientates the flats for aditional secondary operations like milling, drilling. Pre-setter Optical pre-setter with digital readout enables tool diameter, length and center line height to be set off the machine.
