K'MX FIRST

The reference in screw machines

Engineered to replace the cam operated machines, the K'MX first is designed to manufacture traditional screw machine parts (automotive, hydraulic, tooling, ...).

The frontal design allows an astonishing tooling accessibility and perfect overlook of the machining area. This sliding headstock machine offers clever solutions and is ideally suited for the screw machine industry.

FIRST GE Fanuc 18i

The programming terminal is mounted into the machine. This model can also be equiped with the polygon turning option.

Main spindle : one longitudinal axis

Turrets : two transverse axes
All three axes can be programmed simultaneously.

Options :

Power tools
All of the six stations of the right hand turret can be driven. The polygon turning system enables flats to be positioned for user operations such as milling or drilling.

Long part ejection
The guiding device fits onto the standart part catcher and allows easy ejection of long parts.

Pre-setter
Optical pre-setter with digital readout enables tool diameter, length and center line height to be set off the machine.
